I removed the intake manifolds and the oil cooler so I could reach the rear baffles to mark for cutting. I tapped some sticks to a Sharpie so I had a 1/2" offset. Reaching through the front intake, it was pretty much a blind effort to move the sticks along the cowling to mark the baffle.
Received some 1-5/8" ID fuel hose to evaluate connecting the intake pipe and manifold. The ID of the new hose is a little too loose for a good seal so I guess I'll have to use the original hose which really needs to be stretched/forced onto the intake manifold.
